Jennifer’s Kababayan Hotel: A Review

Finding an affordable yet luxurious hotel at Legazpi City might take you a little far from downtown. Resting in the hillside of quiet suburb is the Jennifer’s Kababayan Hotel along J. Esteves Street of Guevarra Subdivision.

You make take the jeepney ride from Metro Mall or simply ride a tricycle to get to this place. I must warn you though that tricycle fares in this part of the province is so expensive compared with that of Naga City.

The Administrative and Academic Staff of STI Naga found this place perfect for their 2-day Planning Session. Away from the processes and worries of our daily operations, the personnel’s took time to evaluate their departments and formulate strategies and tactics for the succeeding year. Plans that are aligned with the goals of the Organization for greater sustainability were drawn and each were asked for commitment.

Back at the venue, the hotel is complete with leisure amenities from swimming pool to function halls that can accommodate 20 – 100 persons. They are also serving wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Wi-fi connection is also available for people always on the go. LCD projector is available upon request for meeting and seminars.

The rooms are spacious and their twin-sharing rooms can accommodate as many as six persons without any significant decline in air-conditioning power. Did I mention that their hot and cold shower is one for the books? You can make your morning coffee out of the hot shower!

Few of the downsides of this hotel is their TV reception. The monitors are big but pictures are poor. No service elevator available for occupants of the top floors.
